SUPREME
SUPREMA is a variable chamber round baler with electronic pressure control, designed for maximum ease of use and high-density bales up to 1.65 m in diameter. Equipped with an EASYTRONIC control unit and dedicated valve, it operates at up to 210 bar, ensuring high performance. Electronic pressure management
SUPREMA is equipped with an advanced electronic pressure management system that precisely regulates bale density throughout the three bale formation phases: core, midsection, and outer layer. Thanks to a dedicated valve controlled by the EASYTRONIC control unit and the action of a single rocker arm, the operator can set the pressure levels best suited to the crop being harvested directly from the cab. The system operates at up to 210 bar, ensuring uniform, high-density bales, even with moist forage or dry straw.
Power systems
SUPREMA is versatile, with three feeding systems available: HTI reciprocating feeder, HTR rotary feeder, and HTC 13-knife rotary feeder with a 77 mm cutting length. The rotor stars are made of high-strength steel to minimize wear during operation.
Custom density on three sectors of the bale
SUPREMA allows you to independently adjust the pressure on three areas of the bale—core, central part, and crust—optimizing density based on the type and moisture content of the crop.
This system ensures stable, well-formed bales that are easy to handle in any operating condition, with full control from the EASYTRONIC control unit.
Pick-up
The large 2.2 m pick-up with pivoting wheels, rake or flow conveyor plate, allows operation even with irregular or irregular swaths. Harvesting is gentle with any type of forage, preserving the leaves, the most protein-rich part of legumes, on the stem. The machine can be equipped with a swath press roller.

Moisture meter kit
The moisture kit enables precise real-time measurement of the moisture content of the collected hay, ensuring healthier and better-preserved bales. It is possible to adjust the density according to the moisture level, improving the nutritional quality of the forage. Optimizes forage storage by reducing mold and fermentation.
High-strength belts
SUPREMA is equipped with 6 spliced belts, each 179 mm wide, which provide optimal resistance under any condition, even at high pressures and speeds. Covering the entire width of the bale during formation helps reduce product loss and preserve its quality. The two powered rollers ensure perfect belt rotation even in the presence of very wet product.
Crop roller
The crop roller has the function of maintaining a homogeneous and constant flow of product towards the feeding system, reducing possible clogging.
Easytronic terminal
Through an intuitive terminal in the cab it is possible to manage and control alarms, sensors, binding and activation/deactivation of the knives. Control from the cab makes the operator’s job even easier and faster.
Automatic oiling
Automatic chain lubrication is managed by an oil pump that is mechanically activated every time the tailgate closes.
